Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Rand Public School, a close-knit community where every child is supported to thrive in a caring and encouraging environment. For over 100 years, our school has stood on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people, and we honour their lasting cultural heritage and deep connection to this region.
Our school is built on the values of Kindness, Respect, and Best Effort. These guide everything we do, as we foster a culture where students treat others with care, respect each individual, and strive to do their best. With dedicated staff and strong family partnerships, we create a warm, supportive space where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
Student wellbeing is central to our approach. Through trauma-informed practices, we respond to the diverse needs of our students, promoting resilience, emotional growth, and positive relationships, ensuring all feel a strong sense of belonging.
We are committed to nurturing thoughtful, critical thinkers equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive in a changing world. Explore our website to learn more about what makes Rand Public School special. We warmly welcome you to our community, where every student belongs, every voice matters, and every future is our priority.
