Book Week

Date: Term 3, Week 5

Time: 9am

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week. At school, we have a Book Week Parade, giving our students the opportunity to dress up and parade. Every year we have prizes for Best Dresses, Most Creative Costume, Best Dressed family and more!

Recognising Family Role Models

Every year, our school recognises and celebrated the contribution of role models in our student's lives.

Mother's day Afternoon Tea

To celebrate mothers, we have an afternoon tea and dance at the Rand School of arts hall.

Father's Day Breakfast

To celebrate fathers, we have our annual Father's day breakfast.

Grandparent's Day afternoon

To celebrate and thank grandparents we have 'Games & Activities with Grandparents' and afternoon tean

Birthdays!

Birthdays are very special events and, as a small rural school, we celebrate with our students and staff when it is their special day.

We respect the dietary needs and preferences of everyone, celebrating with cake, ice cream and even golden syrup dumplings.
